Adverse Credit / Non-Status Mortgages

One in three people experience credit problems at some point in their life - often through no fault of their own. At ADM we believe this should not be a barrier to buying a home.

We have plans which, if you have had previous problems, allow you to borrow up to 95% of the value of your new home - even if you are a discharged bankrupt or IVA. If you have a 5% deposit, we could help!

Right to Buy

Council tenants have had, for some time, the right to buy their home from the council at a reduced rate, the rent they have previously paid being taken into consideration as a 'deposit' by the council. We have plans for mortgages if this is you!

Remortgages

This is where a client already has a mortgage, but may wish to transfer to a different lender for whatever reason (a cheaper rate, dissatisfaction with the current lender etc).

Another reason for a remortgage might be to consolidate all debts into one payment, secured on your property. Or, you might want to make home improvements such as adding a conservatory to your home, and add the cost to your current mortgage, making just one monthly repayment.

Equity Release Mortgage

This is a relatively new product, enabling you to enjoy the capital tied up in your home. There are no monthly repayments, there is no transfer in the ownership of your home, and credit searches are not carried out!

It sounds too good to be true - but email us for more details and we will show you how!

Bridging Loans

Bridging loans are useful for a host of reasons, and are usually over a period of less than 12 months. You can buy your next home even if you have not yet sold your current property, or if a sale has fallen through. To test our speedy service, contact us now! (England and Wales only)

2nd Charge

This is a loan secured on your property, often as well as your existing mortgage. This kind of loan is useful for uses such as debt consolidation, as a secured loan usually attracts a much lower rate of interest compared with overdrafts and credit cards. Monthly outgoings can be greatly reduced, sometimes by as much as half. Secured loans can be used for almost any purpose. (More information on secured loans can be found at ADM Loans)
